Benjamin Žgank grew up near farms and machines, so his choice of study was somewhat logical. He decided to study mechanical engineering at the University of Ljubljana. In 2008, he joined the company SIP in the development department, focusing on designing and shaping machines. In 2012, he moved to marketing, where he became the director. During his time in this role, he was responsible for the strategic change and redesign of the SIP brand. In 2016, he took over the customer support area, where they developed a new systemic approach to training, launching machines on the market, and collecting market information that served as guidelines for the development of new products. Half a year ago, he became the Sales Director with the task of systematizing all sales processes at SIP.
